It is with great regret that we write to inform you that One Stop Health will close for business at the end of June 2011. We have been providing Private Medical Services for over 22 years, but find that with the combination of the current financial climate and the new pressures in our NHS business we are unable to offer the kind of service we would wish to.
Thus our Guildford branch will close on 20th April 2011 and our Walton branch will close at 6:30pm on 30th June 2011. We will of course continue to provide the same full service until this time.
For those patients that live in our NHS catchment area which covers, Walton, Hersham and parts of Weybridge (KT12 and some KT13 post codes) you are welcomed and encouraged to register with us under the NHS. Although we pride ourselves on our NHS service it clearly will not be able to match the service we have provided privately. Details of this can be obtained from Penny and Nicki at OSH on 01932 222556 or from our NHS website www.forthousesurgery.co.uk.
For patients outside of our catchment area we urge you to make sure you have made suitable arrangements for alternative medical services by 1st July 2011.
Dr Ratcliffe and his team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being our private patients for these last 22 years. We will miss you.
