Private general practice has always played an important part of The Fort House Surgery. When the surgery opened in 1988 we were able to provide medical services to the large American community in the Walton, Esher and Cobham area. Now this has expanded to provide medical care to over 80 different nationalities as well as British Citizens looking for an alternative to the NHS.
Our philosophy is to understand and respond to the different healthcare needs of our patients and in this way we aim to take the mystery and fear out of the provision of general practice. Increasing demand for our services led us to open One Stop Health Ltd in 2007, dedicated to meeting the needs of all our private patients.
One Stop Health Ltd has two branches, one at the Fort House Surgery in Walton-on-Thames, and a brand new surgery at The Guildford Clinic. This is the realisation of an ambition we have held for several years; to come together with dedicated professionals in Internal Medicine, Surgery and Gynaecology, to make it possible for our patients to access high quality advice, diagnosis and general practice simply and effectively - a 'one stop health' facility. |
